About Us

Types of Care
Kindred Triad offers care to patients who are seriously ill with multiple medical problems. Many of these patients require ventilator management and weaning, pulmonary care, extensive wound care, major surgery recovery, post-trauma care, and/or dialysis, among other clinical services.
Kindred also provides care through an interdisciplinary team of physicians and clinicians who meet several times weekly to implement individualized treatment plans and protocols aimed at achieving positive clinical outcomes.
Our four facilities — La Mirada, San Gabriel Valley, Westminster, and Santa Ana — are staffed and equipped to rapidly respond to changes in patients' medical conditions.

Campuses
In addition to our primary facility, Kindred Hospital La Mirada is the central hub in a network of excellence that extends to the additional facilities, located strategically in the San Gabriel Valley, Westminster, and Santa Ana. This dynamic quad operates under a unified hospital license, ensuring seamless quality and continuity of care. While the majority of the residency experience is based at La Mirada, residents will spend time across the four campuses, with two located in Los Angeles County (La Mirada and San Gabriel Valley/West Covina) and two in Orange County (Westminster and Santa Ana). This opportunity allows them to fully experience Southern California and become acquainted with various patient populations
